Welcome to BNS. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Last updated: October 13, 2026.

1. Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to use BNS. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. BNS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Listings and Sales

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. BNS provides an escrow service to protect both parties, but does not guarantee the quality of items listed by independent sellers.

3. Payments and Escrow

All payments made via BNS are held in escrow. Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt and satisfaction with the item. BNS may mediate disputes but is not liable for the quality or delivery of goods.

4. Fees

BNS charges transaction fees as outlined on the Pricing page. Fees are deducted at the time of transaction settlement. BNS may update fees with 30 days notice.

5. Vendor Rewards Program

BNS may credit discretionary rewards to vendors who maintain an active business subscription and remain in good standing. Rewards are funded from BNS platform revenue, are not guaranteed, and are not an investment, employment, or profit-sharing arrangement. 6. Prohibited Items and Activities

Users are prohibited from listing illegal goods, prescription drugs, weapons, or counterfeit items, and from engaging in fraud or manipulating transactions. Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled through the BNS escrow mediation process. Legal disputes with BNS shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

8. Limitation of Liability

BNS provides the platform "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNS disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

BNS may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice.
